Adviser case access is not yet open.
The public WordPress site is intentionally separate from the planned case-handling environment.
Pre-launch configuration
Do not send client information to CPS yet.
A separate Microsoft 365 business tenant, named guest access, MFA, authenticated-only sharing, audit controls, contracts and retention tests must be complete before a secure workspace link is enabled.
The adviser portal will not be hosted in WordPress and will not use a public checkout or anonymous file-upload link.
