Compliant Paraplanning Services for UK adviser firms
Working fit

How CPS fits your firm without adding friction.

The setup is designed to reduce rewriting and unclear handovers: learn the firm’s preferences, agree the support mode, confirm the case pack and return an output that is easy to review.

Learn the firm

Agree templates, tone, research rules, compliance requirements, contacts, access and what good looks like.

Agree the case mode

Define report preparation, research and analysis, or more engaged technical support—plus the fee and target date.

Confirm a complete pack

Check facts, evidence, recommendation inputs and dependencies before the delivery target begins.

Return adviser-ready work

Deliver the output securely with assumptions, missing evidence and required adviser decisions summarised. One in-scope revision is included.

A complete case starts the clock

Required information is agreed by case type.

The five-working-day standard target begins only when the required information is present and internally consistent. Missing evidence, a changed recommendation, new plans or a material change in client circumstances may pause or re-scope the instruction.

  • Named adviser and firm owner
  • Objectives, needs and constraints
  • Relevant fact-find and risk evidence
  • Existing-plan and provider information
  • Current firm template and compliance requirements
  • Target date and any external dependency

Revision and change control

One revision is included where it corrects or refines work inside the agreed facts, recommendation and scope. A new client objective, changed product, further ceding plan, additional scenario or materially new evidence is treated as a scope change and quoted before further work.

Retention and closure

The planned case workspace will retain working files for 90 days after completion unless the contract or a documented legal requirement says otherwise. The adviser firm remains responsible for its complete regulatory client file and record-retention obligations.
