Report preparation
The adviser supplies the facts, agreed recommendation and rationale. CPS checks the pack for obvious gaps and drafts the report in the firm’s template and preferred tone.
From efficient report preparation to a more technically engaged case partnership, CPS agrees the role before work starts and adapts to the firm’s process.

CPS completes defined provider, product, charges, feature or scenario research within the parameters and methods agreed with the firm.
CPS reviews the evidence, tests scenarios and identifies planning considerations, contradictions and missing information. The adviser makes and signs off every recommendation.
Defined-benefit technical work is outside the core launch service. It would be considered only by prior quote where a named Pension Transfer Specialist provides oversight and the firm’s permissions, approvals and PI arrangements support the instruction.
The current template, approved wording, research method and desired level of detail are agreed during onboarding and refined through feedback.
Materially missing or contradictory information is raised before full production, reducing the risk of late rework.
Assumptions, missing evidence, required adviser decisions and unresolved questions are summarised so the reviewer can focus on judgement rather than detective work.
Agree the output, template, success measures and fee before any client information is transferred.
