About the website
This website is operated by COMPLIANT PARAPLANNING SERVICES LTD, a company registered in Scotland under number SC885584. It provides general information about B2B support intended for professional UK adviser firms.
No retail financial advice
Nothing on this website is financial, investment, pension, tax or legal advice to a consumer. CPS does not accept retail-client instructions or establish a client-adviser relationship through the site. Consumers should seek advice from an appropriately authorised professional.
No engagement until agreed in writing
Submitting a form, discussing a case type or receiving a quote does not oblige either party to proceed. Work is accepted only after firm onboarding, conflicts and scope checks, written terms, data-protection arrangements and confirmation of fee and timing.
Defined benefit work
Any reference to defined benefit pension work means quote-only technical support to an engaging firm with named Pension Transfer Specialist oversight. CPS does not present itself as the PTS and does not assume the firm’s regulated advice, checking or sign-off responsibility.
Permitted use
You may view and print reasonable extracts for your firm’s internal evaluation. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at a disruptive scale, misrepresent the content or use our branding without permission.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with the website but do not promise that all content is complete, current or suitable for a particular firm or case. Prices, services and availability may change. The site may be suspended for maintenance or security.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website content, design and branding belong to CPS or its licensors. No intellectual-property right transfers by use of the site.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, CPS is not liable for action taken solely in reliance on general website content, consumer use contrary to these terms, or loss caused by matters outside reasonable control. Contracted services are governed by their separate engagement terms.
Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not mean that CPS controls or endorses their content.
Law
These website terms are governed by Scots law and the Scottish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top identifies the current version.
