Pricing assumptions

Published fees assume a complete, internally consistent case file, one principal recommendation and use of a reasonably established firm template. I will raise missing evidence, contradictions or unusual research requirements before committing to the work where possible.

A case is re-scoped where complexity, multiple objectives, material new evidence or a changed recommendation makes the original category inappropriate. Compliant accepts an instruction only after onboarding, conflicts and scope checks, explicit Case Ready confirmation, and written confirmation of fee and timing.

The overnight rush add-on is available only where a suitable Case Ready case, the UK close-of-business cut-off, capacity and delivery timing are accepted in writing before work starts. It adds 30% of the standard case fee, subject to a £60 minimum.

The £225 protection fee assumes one principal personal-protection need, one adviser-led recommendation, standard research, evidence review and suitability drafting, and a complete case pack in the firm’s template. Multiple needs or recommendations, business protection, trust-related work, or material medical or underwriting complexity are scoped separately. The adviser firm retains the advice, regulated responsibility and final sign-off.

Work not offered

Defined benefit and safeguarded-benefit work, mortgages, equity release, client advice or contact, and pure administration are outside the service.
