The service is shaped around recurring outsourcing frustrations: unclear scope, late questions, inconsistent communication, generic output and a fee that can make routine work uneconomic.
CPS is intended to learn the firm’s process, make dependencies visible early and return technically engaged work with missing evidence and required adviser decisions made clear. Carefully controlled technology can remove repetitive effort; it does not replace professional judgement, source checking, human review or adviser responsibility.
