Fit before volume
Start with agreed templates, output and feedback. A successful working rhythm matters more than pushing cases into an undefined queue.
Steven founded CPS to provide flexible capacity without sending generic reports back for the adviser to rebuild.
The service is shaped around recurring outsourcing frustrations: unclear scope, late questions, inconsistent communication, generic output and a fee that can make routine work uneconomic.
CPS is intended to learn the firm’s process, make dependencies visible early and return technically engaged work with missing evidence and required adviser decisions made clear. Carefully controlled technology can remove repetitive effort; it does not replace professional judgement, source checking, human review or adviser responsibility.
Start with agreed templates, output and feedback. A successful working rhythm matters more than pushing cases into an undefined queue.
Material gaps and contradictions are raised before full production wherever possible.
Approved technology can support repetitive tasks, but sources, calculations, reasoning and final output remain subject to human review.
Applications received before launch are reviewed from 4 September 2026.
